PROCESS FOR STYLING VACANT HOMES
For homes that have already undergone painting and upgrades and are ready for a style consultation, a booking fee is required to schedule a meeting with a designer. During this meeting, the designer will discuss furniture rental options and staging/de-staging services for the property.
For vacant homes that are about to undergo renovations or upgrades, a consultation fee is required which covers a range of services, including paint selection, hardware, lighting fixtures, floor selections, and exterior curb appearance.

All Quotations are based on the property (conditions of the property, Size and scale, Location)
All Vacant bookings will be taken At least 1 month before the actual listing date.
All contracts signed for the 30 day period.
STYLING FOR ROOM MAKEOVERS WILL BE BASED ON THE PROJECT.
